My LA Bucket List

Living in a city that has a large number of tourists can be really annoying, but when you sit back and look at how many fun and unique things your city really has, it’s worth checking off a list.

Hike as close as possible to the Hollywood sign.

See possible future stars at an improv show at UCB. — Accomplished on 1/15/16

Stroll the canals in Venice. — Accomplished 2/15/16

See a movie at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

Be part of a live audience show. — Accomplished 3/25/14

Run the LA Marathon. (Umm, give me a couple years for that one.)

Visit the Museum of Jurassic Technology.

Eat a chilli dog from Pink’s.

Check out Amoeba Music.

Visit LACMA.

Ride the Santa Monica Pier ferris wheel.

Go to the Griffith Observatory. — Accomplished 3/25/14

Grab a bite from the food trucks in Venice.

Do the Universal City Walk.

Road trip to Vegas. (Not LA, but still counts.) — Accomplished on 3/15/14

Shop at Rodeo Drive.

See a show at the Hollywood Bowl.

Be an extra in a movie/TV show, for the hell of it.

Check out the Downtown Art Walk. — Accomplished 11/13/14

Picnic at the Getty Center. — Accomplished 2/8/14

Road trip to wine country in NorCal. (Not LA, still counts.)

Visit the La Brea Tar Pits.

Visit Joshua Tree. — Accomplished 7/19/14

Shop at the Melrose Trading Post.

Bottomless mimosas at the Mailbu Cafe. — Accomplished 4/5/14

Go to a Dodger’s game. — Accomplished many times over
